I’m Neha from Kolkata, West Bengal, an independent traveler with a deep passion for exploring both near and far-off places. My journey as a travel blogger began from a childhood dream, inspired by watching airplanes soar through the sky and imagining all the adventures that awaited me.
Traveling is not just a hobby for me; it’s a way of life. I adore visiting new places, immersing myself in local cultures, and uncovering the unexpected. From the moment I step off a train with my luggage, I’m eager to begin a new adventure. Whether by plane, train, bus, or boat, I love every aspect of travel – the planning, the anticipation, the journey, and the memories that last a lifetime.
Travel Trove was created as an online diary to document my adventures and share my travel experiences with others. My first trip at the age of 10 to Nepal was a transformative experience. The trek to see Namaste Jharna, the crystal-clear waters of the Mulghat river, and the novelty of a different currency and language sparked a lifelong desire to explore as many places as possible and experience local culture of the place.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to visit many incredible destinations:
East India: Delhi, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Digha, Sundarban, Purulia, Puri, Bhubaneswar
North India: Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Shimla-Manali, Kasol, Naggar, Keylong, Kullu
Despite all these travels, there are still countless places waiting to be explored, and I’m excited to continue this journey.
I hope to pass on useful insights and travel tips from my personal experiences, helping you make the most of your holidays. My goal is to inspire you to explore destinations you might not have considered before.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I’m looking forward to sharing more travel stories and photos with you. Come along and join my adventures!
